Hii~ my name is Hoi Kei but I go by Jackie! I grew up in Toronto, but I was born in Hong Kong. Growing up I have always loved art, reading mangas and watching anime. Since then, I have never stopped pursuing my love for the arts!
I have a background in animation, it allows me to bring my tattoo designs to life. From reigniting childhood nostalgia to designing cute, whimsical characters with their own little flare, that will put a smile on your face! ( ꈍᴗꈍ)
